.Welcome to Pasadena Ski & Nature Park

*

Do you enjoy a family picnic, or perhaps a picnic date?  Our Park is a four season park.  Come for a visit and walk along any of our 18 km of trails — stay for a picnic.

.

If you live in Pasadena or are visiting our town in the Humber Valley, then you are invited to picnic and hike all Summer long in the Pasadena Ski and Nature Park!

.

Some NL Rock Art treasures have been found already this summer.  Post your findings on the FaceBook group if you want.  It’s a fun way to encourage children and grandchildren to enjoy our great outdoors!

.

You might just want to saunter along the trimmed Jack Rabbit, Lone Pine and Looper trails, or jaunt off for a more challenging hike along the Twisted Pine, Caribou, or Pine Martin trails.  A large map is posted outside the chalet or have a look HERE.

.

If you are a nature lover who enjoys a leisurely educational wander and poke, then check out the self-directed wildflower guides on our website.  Many wildflowers are now in bloom!

.

Are you a lover of birds?  The Pasadena Ski and Nature Park is a Birding Hot Spot!  Most young birds are now fledged and busily flitting about.  Here is your chance to “see them in their nature”!

.

( This is the off season, so the chalet is not open. )

Please respect the forest home of our plants, animals, and birds.

  .

This is a nature park.  Please, leave your dog in its home; and let the birds and animals live wild and free in their nature home.

  .

Our town has a designated dog park elsewhere.  It is located at the William Seaward Park off Main Street.

Pasadena Ski and Nature Park is a not-for-profit organization located in the Crown of The Valley, beautiful Pasadena, NL. Our park is a must-see tourist location and local attraction.

During the Spring-Summer-Autumn season, our chalet is open by appointment or by chance.  However, you are welcome to enjoy our 18 kilometers of hiking trails.

During the winter ski season, our chalet is open and our 18 km of ski trails are groomed daily. We have an additional 6 kilometers of snowshoe trails.
